Yes! If you need a break but plan to come back, you can pause your account for 3 months. Click here to pause.

No need to panic. Your account won't be canceled unless payment fails 4 times. Here's what to know:

• Your card will be retried automatically every 4–5 days.
• You'll lose access to Mix and Math 360° until payment goes through.
• To update your card right away, go to your account page and click "Billing Info."
• After 4 failed attempts, your account will be automatically canceled. If that happens, just contact us to reactivate.

We're confident you'll love Mix and Math 360°, but if it's not the right fit, we'll give you a full refund with no questions asked. Just contact us within 7 days of joining. Refund requests after 7 days cannot be processed.
